I really enjoyed this outdoor photoshoot with Dylan to commemorate some major milestones in her life and celebrate her perseverance and achievements. It was fun to get experimental and create some whimsical portraits that capture her spirit.
I recently wrapped up editing for an extremely fun and rewarding yee-haw-agenga-themed photoshoot. And by “wrapped up”, I mean I finished for now because there are so many shots from this session that I love that I will very likely be going back into them to edit even more later. But, it’s time to pause and start putting these bad girls out there!

Emily had reached out to me during the summer with the idea of a whimsically-styled photoshoot in the swan boats in New Orleans City Park. Our plans were delayed over and over again thanks to inclement weather throughout the summer months, but we were finally able to get together and bring her vision to life. I could not be happier with the results!

Dye your hair pink. Hike up those shorts. UR CUTE HUN. Put on a glamorous clay mask. Laugh at yourself. Watch 8 seasons of drag queens feelin' themselves and let their confidence influence you. The most important voice that you will encounter every day is your own. Train yourself to be compassionate and loving to yourself! You are beautiful.
